Q: Is it possible to overwind my clock?
A: it is not possible to overwind your clock. People are sometimes afraid of the overwinding and stop before it is fully would. The result is your clock not running as long as it is designed to run.
Q: Do you provide in home services on grandfather clocks?
A: Absolutely!! Just call the shop and we can schedule an at home service call.
Q: How do I correct my clock for Daylight Savings Time?
A: Clocks are always adjusted for Daylight Savings Time by moving the minute hand and NEVER moving the hour hand. On many modern clocks the minute hand cans be moved backwards but on antique clocks ALWAYS move the minute hand forward. If you are not sure, call us and we can assist you.
